Return Process

This page explains how to start a return or exchange request for an L&H Atelier order. Our Refund Policy governs the final assessment and conditions.

How do I start a return request?

1. Prepare your order information. You will need the order number, the full name used for the order, and the email address.
2. Note the item’s condition. The item should be unused, undamaged, and ready to ship in its original packaging whenever possible.
3. Email us. Send a message with the subject “Return Request” to info@landhatelier.com. Include your order number, the reason for your request, and product photos if relevant.
4. Wait for instructions. Once we review your request, we will reply with shipping details and the next steps.
